Donna Thistlethwaite has risen above dark days to become a fierce mental health advocate. One Sunday afternoon in August 2012, Donna experienced a mental health crisis which led her to jump off the Story Bridge in a suicide attempt. She miraculously survived and has made it her mission to share her story of survival, recovery and hope. In her keynote presentation, Donna will share her insights and journey of recovery to empower others on wellbeing and building resilience.
